RETURN POLICY
Please note that A & S OPALS, LLC is a small business. We are unable to offer returns for custom made items, damaged items (which are not due to defect), items that we did not create or sell, or returns from non-customers. We appreciate your understanding. Returns or exchanges are honored within 30 DAYS of purchase. If it has been more than 30 DAYS since your purchase and you have not postmarked your item for return within those 30 DAYS, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Custom made items or items that have received custom modifications per your request are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unaltered and in the same condition in which you received it. Packaged items must be returned in the original packaging. All clothing or textile items must have tags attached and be unused.
The customer is responsible for their own shipping costs for returns and repairs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping and repair times vary. If you are returning an item or sending an item for recutting, repair or custom setting, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. A & S Opals cannot guarantee the quality of the shipping service you choose.
